How Our Referral Service Works

NEA Tree Works is a free referral service — not a tree service contractor. When you call or submit a request through our site, we connect you with licensed, insured local tree service contractors serving Northeast Arkansas. We do not perform tree work ourselves.

Here is the process:

You contact us with your tree service need — by phone or by our contact form.
We match your request to contractors in our network who serve your location and can handle your specific job.
A contractor contacts you to schedule a free estimate. You evaluate their quote and credentials independently before making any hiring decision.
You hire the contractor directly. Any contract, payment, and work performed is between you and the contractor — NEA Tree Works is not party to that agreement.
We may receive a referral fee from the contractor when a job is completed. This does not affect the price you pay — the contractor sets their own pricing.

Required Service Disclosure — Please Read

Disclosure 1 — Referral Service: NEA Tree Works is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and NEA Tree Works does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on NEA Tree Works.

Disclosure 2 — Emergency and Same-Day Availability: Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.

Call Recording Notice: Calls to our referral line (870) 555-0147 may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement purposes. Arkansas is a one-party consent state — recording is permitted when at least one party to the call (including our network) has consented. By calling our number, you acknowledge that the call may be recorded.

Verifying Your Contractor

Before authorizing any tree work, we strongly encourage you to verify the following directly with the contractor:

Arkansas contractor license — Tree service contractors in Arkansas performing work over $2,000 may be required to hold an Arkansas Contractor License. Ask for their license number and verify at the Arkansas Contractor Licensing Board (aclb.arkansas.gov).
General liability insurance — Ask for a certificate of insurance showing general liability coverage. Uninsured contractors leave you potentially liable for damage to your property or injury to crew members.
Workers' compensation — Confirm whether the contractor carries workers' comp. Without it, an injured worker could potentially pursue a claim against your homeowner's policy.
Written estimate — Always get a written, itemized estimate before authorizing any work. Verbal agreements are difficult to enforce.

Description of service needed

We use this information solely to match your request with contractors in our network and to contact you about your inquiry. We may share your contact information with contractors for the purpose of fulfilling your service request. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We use standard SSL/TLS encryption for all web form submissions. Call recordings are stored securely and retained for a limited period for quality review purposes.

To request deletion of your contact information from our systems, email us at the address listed below.
